Here is an interesting review and comparison of both. I agree with the reviewer that Totantanz is better in many ways, and less expensive.

Yes I agree with you about the Totantanz, however, Wargamer has a huge range of figures that no one else covers. I even thought way back when they came out that no one would do decent foot Cossack army for the period, so when they came out with them I jumped. Then Totantanz came out with theirs damn damn.

One thing which I really agree with is how bad the Wargamers horses are, lots of flash. They have however, gotten much better. The difference between their early figures and some of their newer ones is huge.
